Welcome to Schumacher Place...
... a neighborhood of residences and businesses working together to improve the quality of life for everyone...
As you stroll through our neighborhood, enjoy the diverse architectural styles from the turn of the century and into the early 1900's. Industrial buildings showcase residential space and a spectacular private collection of automobiles and automobile memorabilia. A property that was badly in disrepair only a year ago is showcased as a total renovation. Gardens are vibrant with color and abundant with flowers, vegetables, and herbs.
Schumacher Place is an ideal location to downtown Columbus. All major interstates are only minutes from our doors. Parks, restaurants, and boutique's are only footsteps away.
